A night on the beers in Krakow isn't over at midnight, so you'll need enough stomach lining to keep going until dawn and beyond. That's why the Golonka was invented, a giant hamhock marinated in beer and cooked slowly on a spit. We throw in a litre of freshly brewed beer.
